Refund Policy

At Mindvedic, we are committed to providing high-quality career coaching services, personalized guidance, and valuable resources to help individuals achieve their professional goals. Since our services involve time, expertise, and digital resources, we have a strict no-refund policy.
1. No Refund Policy
As a service-based business, all payments made for career coaching, career counseling, training programs, consultations, and digital resources are non-refundable. Once a session, package, or course is booked and paid for, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Client Discretion: If a client decides not to proceed with the coaching program or changes their mind after purchase, refunds will not be issued. Our commitment begins as soon as a booking is made.
- Coaching Results & Application: Career growth requires both guidance and action. While we provide expert strategies and resources, success depends on individual effort, mindset, and implementation. Dissatisfaction with progress is not a valid reason for a refund.
- Scheduling & Attendance: Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Missed or unattended sessions will not qualify for a refund or extension unless rescheduled within our rescheduling guidelines.
- Partial or Non-Utilization: Once a coaching package, program, or session is booked, it is considered fully accessible. Choosing not to use the service, whether partially or fully, does not warrant a refund.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
- One-on-One Coaching: Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the session being forfeited without a refund.
- Group Coaching & Workshops: Due to the structured nature of group sessions, missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
- Digital Products & Online Courses: Once access is granted to course materials, no refunds or cancellations will be processed.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we understand that emergencies happen. In rare and exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen personal crises, we may offer a credit or rescheduling option at our sole discretion. Clients must provide valid documentation for consideration.
4. Refund Eligibility for Technical Issues
If you face technical issues preventing access to our digital content (e.g., online courses, templates), we will first attempt to resolve the issue. If a resolution is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a credit for future use.
